The City of Irvine engaged CCS to help implement a collaborative process that allowed a new atmosphere of openness, creativity and problem solving through the city and its employee association negotiations, and became an integral part of the city’s culture and operations. Results included improved employee relationships with a renewed sense of trust and respect between city managers and employees, the creation of successful forums for citizen input and participation in decision-making, and the creation of a happier, healthier work environment.
