Donald L. Bridge

An educator for nearly 30 years, Donald L. Bridge began teaching in 1976 and has taught U.S. government since 1992 at Ruben Ayala High School in the Chino Valley Unified School District in San Bernardino County.

He is serving his second three-year term on the CTA Board of Directors, which expires on June 25, 2011. He represents teachers in eastern Los Angeles County and western San Bernardino County on the CTA Board.

His local roots run deep. He graduated from Eisenhower High School in Rialto and earned a bachelor’s at Cal State-San Bernardino and a master’s in education with an emphasis on special education at Cal Poly-Pomona. He served a recent four-year term as president of the Associated Chino Teachers, a chapter of CTA.

He is a past chair of the CTA ABC political action committee.

He lives in Chino Hills, San Bernardino County.
